1. Services Provided

High Shine Exteriors provides professional cleaning services including, but not limited to:

  • Window Cleaning (residential and commercial)

  • Conservatory Cleaning

  • Fascia and Soffit Cleaning

  • Gutter Clearance

  • Pressure Washing

  • Full House Valet Services

We aim to provide safe, high quality, and reliable services to all our clients.


2. Bookings and Appointments
  • All bookings must be confirmed via our online booking form, email, or telephone.

  • Appointments are subject to availability.

  • Any request to change or cancel a booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to adverse weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Pricing and Payment
  • Prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment can be made via bank transfer, cash, or other agreed methods.

  • Full payment is required as per the invoice or booking agreement.

  • Late payments may incur additional charges.


4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure:

  • Safe and reasonable access to all areas to be cleaned.

  • Removal of any obstacles or fragile items in the vicinity of work areas.

  • Pets and children are kept away from work areas during service.


5. Property Condition
  • While we take care to protect your property, High Shine Exteriors cannot be held responsible for pre existing damage, fragile surfaces, or items left in cleaning areas.

  • Any damage caused directly by negligence or misuse of equipment by our staff will be assessed and resolved accordingly.


6. Liability
  • High Shine Exteriors holds appropriate insurance to cover accidents or damages during service.

  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

  • Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the service provided.


7. Health & Safety
  • Our team follows strict health and safety guidelines.

  • Clients must inform us of any hazards or safety concerns before work begins.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a property is deemed unsafe.


8. Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

  • Late cancellations or no shows may be charged up to 50% of the service fee.

  • Refunds will be processed where applicable, depending on the circumstances.


9. Complaints & Feedback
  • We strive for customer satisfaction. Any concerns should be raised within 48 hours of service.

  • We will investigate and respond to all complaints promptly.


10. Privacy & Data Protection
  • Client information collected for bookings and communications will be stored securely.

  • We will not share personal information with third parties except as required for service provision or legal compliance.


11. Amendments
  • High Shine Exteriors reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

  • Updated versions will be posted on our website, and the effective date will be amended accordingly.
